Delivery Policy

At Luna Lounge, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience that reflects the quality and care we put into every product. Whether you're furnishing your first apartment or refreshing your home’s style, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible.


1. Order Processing

All orders placed with Luna Lounge are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to our courier partners.

Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer nationwide shipping within South Africa only. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it will be delivered within:

  • 3–5 business days for most major cities and towns

  • Up to 7 business days for outlying or remote areas

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. While we work with reliable couriers, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier backlogs.


3. Shipping Fees

  • Free delivery on all orders over R500

  • A flat rate of R79 applies to orders below R500

All applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment is made.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • A link to track your order in real time

We encourage you to monitor your order status and contact us promptly with any concerns.


5. Missed Deliveries & Address Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate address and contact details are provided. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply in these instances.


6. Delivery Delays & Support

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of dispatch, please email us at support@lunalounge.co.za. Our team will investigate the issue and ensure a prompt resolution.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before leaving our facility. If your package arrives damaged or is missing any items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the matter swiftly.
