1. How long does delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days anywhere in South Africa. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery in real time.


2. How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders over R500. For orders below R500, a flat-rate shipping fee of R79 will apply at checkout.


3. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Can I return an item if I’m not happy?

Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@lunalounge.co.za to start the return process.


5. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders more easily and view past purchases.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure payments via Paystack, SnapScan, and other local payment gateways.


8. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your parcel’s progress.


9. Are your products locally made?

Yes. Luna Lounge is committed to local production and partners with skilled South African manufacturers to create high-quality, stylish home comfort products.
