5. Order Processing & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Luna Lounge is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Full details are available in our Refund & Return Policy.
